Speaker bio
Rebecca Pickering is an executive leader, board advisor and leadership coach with more than 25 years’ experience delivering some of Australia’s largest infrastructure and transport projects. As former CEO of Inland Rail, she has led complex organisations through periods of significant change, working across government and industry to deliver major infrastructure. Rebecca is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and helping professionals build the skills, confidence and commercial acumen needed to thrive beyond technical roles. She now coaches engineering executives and emerging leaders, supporting them to maximise their impact, navigate career transitions, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
