The Queensland Chapter of the ATS invites members to attend an in-person celebration for the Feast Day of St. Barbara, the patron saint of tunnellers and miners, as an end of year social gathering on Thursday 4 December 2025.

This networking-focused event is to be held in the GHD Offices, a dynamic space designed for connection, collaboration and innovation overlooking St George Square and City Hall. The cocktail style event is being held to recognise and celebrate the past year’s achievements on tunnelling projects within Queensland and nationally, their engineers and workforce, and to provide an opportunity to look forward to future tunnelling opportunities.
