For the past 12 years he has been the project manager for Bluey Technologies (now part of Master Builders Solutions)\, managing the waterproofing installation works across many of the tunnel projects across Australia and NZ. Frank is also heavily involved in the waterproofing design works for tunnels and underground structures\, assisting designers\, end users\, and building contractors when called upon for design\, and install methodology advice.

DESCRIPTION:Save the Date \nJoint AGS & ATS Technical Evening \nThe Australian Geomechanics Society (AGS) and the Australasian Tunnelling Society (ATS) are pleased to invite members to save the date for a joint technical evening presentation featuring Dr Emilio Linde-Arias. \nAbout the Speaker \nDr Emilio Linde-Arias is a geotechnical engineer\, engineering geologist\, and forensic expert with more than 20 years of international experience in major infrastructure and underground projects. He has extensive expertise in tunnelling\, geological risk\, underground construction\, and geotechnical forensics\, and has provided expert evidence on major infrastructure disputes worldwide. \nThis presentation will explore the challenges of geological uncertainty in underground works and highlight lessons learned from geotechnical forensic investigations of major projects. Given the strong tunnelling focus\, the event is expected to be of significant interest to both AGS and ATS members. \nFurther details and registration information will be released closer to the event. \n
